They're definitely worth it John, as long as they're fitted correctly and then bedded in as well. For example, if you refit the barrel off centre, or don't bed the hop in before using it at a game, I expect the results won't be too good!

Del, how did you get on with Tru oiling your K98 woodwork?
John, I've only been able to do the prep work - my weekends have been busy lol. I'm hoping to get it done this weekend coming up.
I've received an email today, telling me that the hops have been shipped and with a tracking number. I'll update accordingly when they arrive.

Hops are "in country" and I've just paid the parcel force "clearance" and VAT fees (ie, rip off charges). They're going to cost another £8 each I'm afraid lads, including postage to you. (actually £8.14 but I'm generously rounding it down!). If the following people can PM me their addresses, I'll sort out getting them in the post when they arrive with me.

I can order some more hops if there's enough interest. Now I've overcome the hurdles with how to order them, the next batch should arrive much more quickly.
